Charles was born June 22, 1954 in Greenville, GA, son of Mary Lillian Davis Fuller and the late Ralph William Fuller, Sr. He was a member of Cross Point Church and was retired from West Point Stevens. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia JoAnn Pike Fuller, a brother, Timmy Fuller, and a sister-in-law, Judy C. Fuller.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include 2 children, Charles “Chad” William Fuller, Jr. (Pam Kirk Fuller) and Brian Scott Fuller (Amber Fuller); grandchildren, Austin, Cass, and Johnny; great grandchild, Charlie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Cross Point Church, 191 Hines Road, Hogansville, GA 30230.
