David D. Pattillo

David was born April 14, 1950, in Atlanta, GA, son of the late Fred Coleman Pattillo Sr. and Mary Virginia Samples Pattillo. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed working on Hotrods and was a gun enthusiast. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Fred C. Pattillo Jr., Doris Lewis and Alice Ferguson.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Teressa Gooch Pattillo; children, Daniel (Vicki) Pattillo, Dusty (Lessie) Pattillo, Devin (Jeana) Pattillo and Lori (Jason) Lawrence; grandchildren, Danielle, Lance (Kristen), Lara (Andrew), Jacob (Hayley), Kiersten, Lee (Harley), Addison, Harleigh, David, Crystal (Blake), Hunter, Leanna (Joey), Kelsey, and JJ (Abbie); great grandchildren, Christopher, Ophelia, Dayson, Daxten, Wesson, Denym, Adalyn, Addison, Ashlynn, Lane, Cash, Kay’Lee, and Drew (due April 2025); sister, Gail Greathouse; several other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 4:00pm until 5:00pm. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be 5:00pm Friday, January 24, 2025, in the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Donald Yancey and Min. Neal Gooch officiating.
