I worked for Dwight in the late 1970's and early 1980's at Boeing and SimTech before moving to New York. He was a good man and an excellent boss. I was very young and thought of him as a father figure. He was always supportive, inspiring and encouraging to me. To his family and friends, my sincere condolences and heartfelt prayers.
