Edward T Perry Jr.

Mr. Eddy Perry, 79, of Franklin Georgia passed away Saturday. October 5, 2024 surround by his family at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center after a short illness. Born, Edward Turner Perry, Jr. March 28, 1945in LaGrange the son of the late Edward Turner and Bertha Mae Pruitt Perry. A man of God first and foremost was always ready to share his testimony and ask do you know your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Eddy was a member of Springhill Baptist Church and enjoyed gospel music and singings. Retired from the Dunson Division of West Point Steven after 42 years in the maintenance department as supervisor.

Survivors include his wife: Elaine Patterson Perry.

Sons: Rick (Wendy) Perry, Josh (Janet) Perry, Chad Lee (Amanda) Jones. Al Ashley

Daughters: Terry Perry, Tammy Sawyer, Tonya Johnson, Stacy (Chris) Dean

25 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren

Brothers and Sisters: Donald Perry (pre-deceased) and his wife Sandy Perry, Arnold (Sally) Perry, Debra (Argle) Thomas and Patsy Allen

Funeral Services for Mr. Eddy Perry will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from the Springhill Baptist Church on the Hammett Road. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M.

Interment will follow in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.
