Mr. Chang was born October 21, 1935 in Seoul, South Korea. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange.
Survivors include his wife, Tsuiping Chang of LaGrange; daughter, Jena Chang of Atlanta, GA; son, Andrew Chang of Atlanta, GA; and one brother.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 4, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange with Dr. Douglas DeCelle officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. Burial will follow in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:30 P.M.
