Jackie Ray Kelley

Mr. Kelley was born April 3, 1941 in Roanoke, AL, son of the late Loyd Kelley and Alma Mitchel Kelley. He was self employed in the construction industry before retiring. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Nixon of LaGrange.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Kelley of Roanoke, AL; four children and their spouses, Phil and Catherine Kelley of Chickamauga, GA, Angela and Lawrence Boivin of Fayetteville, NC, Tammy and Mark Lucas of Columbus, GA, and Chris and Valerie Kelley of LaFayette, GA; ten grandchildren, Candice Kelley, Kara Spencer, Amanda Jackson, Nicolas Lucas, Drew Kelley, Claire Lucas, Taylor Lucas, Amylia Grace Kelley, Jackson Kelley, and Ava Kelley; one great grandson, Nathaniel Cotton; five sisters, Barbara Spinner of Houston, TX, Linda Robinson of Resaca, GA, Elaine Maddox of LaGrange, Brenda O’Neal of LaGrange, and Diane Knopp of LaGrange; and one brother, Maxwell Kelley of Vacaville, CA.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange, GA. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
