Jacquelyn Jac A. Henry Bennett

Mrs. Bennett was born October 24, 1927 in Hazelhurst, GA, to the late Jim Edward Henry and Mattie Claxton Henry. She was a faithful member of Midway Baptist Church, where she served as Treasurer for a number of years. Mrs. Bennett married the love of her life, Benjamin R. Bennett on April 7, 1946. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Audrey Cook and brother, James Henry.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Benjamin R. Bennett; daughter, Charoyn Bennett (Paul) Oliveira; son, David Benjamin (Tammie) Bennett; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

The Gathering of Family and Friends will be Friday, June 3, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Midway Baptist Church. The Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Midway Baptist Church with Pastor Charles Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.
