James Payne, age 85, of Lagrange, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in Franklin Ga. James was born in Lagrange Georgia to the late Colonel Lester Payne Sr. and Nellie Mae Thompson Payne.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
