Jayne Redden

Mrs. Redden was born April 8, 1938 in Council Bluffs, IA, daughter of the late Thurman and Mildred Ross Spears. She had lived in LaGrange since 1963 and was retired from Milliken and Company after 30 years. Mrs. Redden was a member of the Troup County Senior Citizen Center and was a very active greeter and quilter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Ann Peterson and her aunt and uncle, Florence and E.J. Beaber.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Redden of LaGrange; son, Mike Golden and his wife, Linda, of Pine Mountain; two daughters, Linda Sims and her husband, Mike, of Five Points, AL and Karen Golden and her partner Kathy Boggs of LaGrange; grandchildren, Jessica Hopson, Andrea Hopson, Allen Golden and his wife Melinda, Dr. Sean Miles and his wife Kara, Phillip Miles, Jeremy Golden, Chase Boggs, and Preston Boggs; and two great grandchildren, Marli Grace Self and Gavin Miles.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Troup County Senior Citizens Center, Quilting Department.
