Jennifer Thompson, 23, of LaGrange, died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at West Georgia Medical Center. Jennifer was born August 4, 1986 in LaGrange. She was a student at West Georgia Technical College and a member of East LaGrange Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents, Scott and Denise Thompson; a sister, Rene’ Nelson; two brothers, Christopher Thompson and Scotty Thompson, all of LaGrange; grandparents, Toni McWhorter of LaGrange, and Ricky and Carol McWhorter of Mountville; great-grandmother, Mary Nell McWhorter; a niece, Gracie Nelson; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 22. 2009 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, LaGrange Chapel with Rev. Kevin Buttrum officiating.
