Jesse G. Wilkinson

Mr. Wilkinson was born May 25, 1949 in LaGrange, son of the late Ocie Wilkinson and Dorothy Clegg Wilkinson. He had lived in LaGrange all his life and was a member of Baptist Tabernacle Church. Mr. Wilkinson was formerly employed with G. Mansour’s in the sales department and Striffler-Hamby Mortuary as a funeral assistant.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Wendell and Doris Wilkinson of Jonesboro, GA; nieces, Flora Vizcarra, Cendy Reynolds, and Michelle Loggins; nephews, Roy Wilkinson and Ritchie Wilkinson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Jimmy McMillian and Reverend Bobby Bozeman officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be this evening from 6:00 P.M.to 8:00 P.M.
