Lamar Keith Moore

Keith was born December 7, 1974 in LaGrange, GA, son of Jewel Waugh Moore and the late Jim Lamar Moore. He has lived in LaGrange all his life and was a member of First Baptist Church on the Square. Keith was the owner and operator of Moore Oxygen Supply. In addition to his father, Keith was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charlie Waugh, and paternal grandparents, Harvey Lewis Moore and Louise Page Moore.

Survivors in addition to his mother, Jewel Waugh Moore, include his wife, Melissa Phelps Moore; two children, Anderson Moore and Amelia Klaire Moore; brother, Chad Moore; maternal grandmother, Sara Alene Waugh; step grandmother, Juanita Crews; aunt and uncle, Gail and Eddie Stone; cousins, Kim and Glenn Bates and their children, Jake and Wil Bates; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lee and Leisha Phelps and their children, Halle, Molly, and Brooks Phelps.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at First Baptist Church on the Square with Rev. Cade Farris, Dr. Paul Baxter, and Rev. Paul Blair officiating. The gathering of family and friends will immediately follow the service.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the Meals on Wheels Program at First Baptist Church on the Square, LaGrange, GA in memory of Lamar Keith Moore.
