Mrs. Hartman was born June 11, 1944 in Roosterville, GA, daughter of the late Raymond L. Hightower and Cordie Arrington Hightower. She was self-employed as a caregiver for many years before retiring. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church, Roopville, GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Marc McClendon, and a brother, Billy Michael Hightower.
Mrs. Hartman is survived by Allen and Tina McClendon, Joey McClendon, Tanya McClendon, and Eric Nobley; grandchildren, Chelsie McClendon, John-Marc McClendon, and Kyle McClendon; great grandson, Hudson McClendon; and nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 3:00-5:00 pm in the Chapel of Striffler Hamby Mortuary.
