Marcus "Buddy" Jason Luke

Buddy is survived by his wife, Haley Farrar Luke; daughter, Darcy Jo Luke; parents, Rickey and Jeri Luke; grandmother, Martha Hobbs; mother-in-law Patti Farrar; siblings, Joy Hill (Otis), Sarah Denney (Sean), Brother-In-Law Stephen Farrar (Jackie); nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Christian, Andrew Talley, Arthur, Luke, Isabella Hill, and Tydus Freya Farrar.

Aunts and Uncles; Lori Walker (Jimmy), Evan Hobbs (Leslie), Barbara Brown (Ken), Tim Luke (Lee), Martha Luke, Cecil Case, Robbie Case (Tina), Louie Case (Lisa), several cousins who loved him dearly.

He was proceeded in death by his Grandparents, Troy Hobbs, Charles Luke and Bernice Luke and Father-in-Law Steve Farrar.

And the community he made and cultured at his local business Buddy’s comics and games.

He was a Gentle giant, who never met a stranger and enjoyed yelling, "How bout them Dawgs" and "Let's Go Braves!"

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Callaway Baptist Church in LaGrange, Ga. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM. With Rev. Brad Thompson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Callaway Baptist Church Building Fund.
