Mary Lynn Jones

Lynn Jones, 66, a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at Hospice LaGrange.

Lynn was born August 4, 1959, at City County Hospital. She was educated in the LaGrange School System and a graduate of LaGrange High School class of 1977. Lynn's employer, Milliken & Company- Floor Covering Division was her work home for over 4 decades.

Her exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of carpet and rugs earned her a respected position with the company thus allowing her to represent big box stores like Menards, Wayfair, Bass Pro Shops and Joy Carpets. It was often remarked “Lynn was beautiful, professional, and fair but firm". She was always ready to help others with her signature grin.

Mary Lynn Jones was predeceased by her parents, Hugh Dorsey Bartlett and Frances Bradley Bartlett. Her Brother, Jimmy Dorsey Bartlett and her Brother-in-law, Gene Fryer.

Family members left to cherish her memory are:

Please join us in honoring the life and legacy of Lynn at her visitation to be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5:30 PM thru 7:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 1010 Mooty Bridge Road, LaGrange, Georgia 30240. Together we will gather to share memories, offer love and celebrate the beautiful spirit she shared with all who knew her.

In accordance with Lynn’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
