Patricia Louise Harper Roberts

Mrs. Roberts was born March 19, 1936 in New Castle, PA, daughter of the late Jesse Clyde Harper and Agatha Patricia Ann Cullinan Harper. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and was retired from LaGrange College, where she worked in the Financial Aid department for 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Watts.

Survivors include her husband, William N. Roberts, Jr. of LaGrange; three children and their spouses, Kathy and Jeff Moore of Pensacola, FL, Barbara “Barbie” and Ronnie Watts of LaGrange, and William N. “Billy” Roberts, III of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Moore and his wife Kristen, Emily Moore, Anna Caroline Watts, and Nichole Roberts; two great grandchildren, Madeline Ruth Moore and Samuel N. Moore; one sister, Brenda Harper Mattson of Auburn, AL; two brothers and one sister-in-law, David Harper of Boca Raton, FL and Bruce and Nancy Harper of Seminole, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will gather to receive friends at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour. The Funeral Mass will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Father Kevin Hargaden officiating. Burial will follow in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery.
