Phillip was born June 11, 1950 in LaGrange, GA to the late Zeddie Russell Camp and Offie Irma Yarbrough Camp.
He is survived by his daughter, Alison Kapaona; granddaughter, Maile (Braxton) Smith; sisters, Grace (James) Kelly of LaGrange, GA, Lanell Matulewicz of Easton, PA, Patricia (Robert) Longshore of Hogansville, GA.
Phillip, a life-long resident of LaGrange, was the owner and operator of Troup Finance and Motormax as well as Camp Auto Sales.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 P.M Saturday, March 26, 2020 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. The gathering of family and friends will be held prior to the service from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
