Rosa Lee Norred

Mrs. Norred was born October 31, 1919 in LaGrange, daughter of the late Russell and Leola Roye. She was a member of Franklin Road Baptist Church and was retired from Callaway Mills. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Norred was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie E. Norred, and two sons, Jerry Norred and Tommy G. Norred.

Survivors include two sons and three daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Clair Norred of Jonesboro, GA, Johnny and Rosalyn Norred of LaGrange, and Gloria Norred of LaGrange; 11 grandchildren, Cindy (Wayne) Spradlin, Randy (Beth) Norred, Ricky (Nancy) Norred, Gary Norred, Angela Norred, Lisa Norred, Jason (Rachel) Norred, Kevin (Shannon) Norred, Steve (Lynda Jo) Norred, Sherry (Jim) Clemons, and Kristi (Keith) Hart; 15 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Anthony Hovey and Mr. Codi Norred officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.

The gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
