Ms. Garcia was born July 20, 1964 in Puerto Rico, to the late Francisco Diaz Rivera and Maria Mercedes Garcia Falcon.
Survivors include her sister, Maria Diaz; nephew, Franziny Vazquez; nieces, Waleska Reyes, Geraline Vazquez, Angel De La Torre; and nephew, Axel O. Reyes; other relatives and friends.
The Gathering of family and friends will be 6:00pm until 12:00am on Wednesday, April 11, 2108 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
