Ryan will be remembered for his love of family and his joyful, creative spirit. He had a passion for Legos, puzzles, Xbox video games, Pokémon, and painting—always finding joy in building, imagining, and creating. He was a devoted Auburn football fan and took great pride in his fantasy football teams. Whether surrounded by loved ones or lost in a game or hobby he loved, Ryan lived with a sense of fun, heart, and connection. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe “PawPaw” and Lenda “MawMaw” Lowery and Melvin Lamar “DuckDuck” and Shirley Ann “Maw” Claybrook; and uncle, Tracey Lowery.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Johnson; mother, Becky Johnson; father, Robbie (Chrystal) Johnson; aunt and uncle, Carla and Jerry Scarborough; aunt, Cindy Gough; cousins, Robert Hunter (Amber) Gough; Priscilla (Seth) Walker, along with their daughters, Carlie Walker (his Facetime buddy) and Millie Walker, Clay Scarborough, Nikki (Ricky) Cotton, along with their children, Kimber, and AJ; Tim (Jessie) Lowery, Shannon (Bud) Doughtie, Misty Lowery, Courtney (Joseph) Tucker, Colby Lowery and Meagan Lowery; step brother, Joshua (Leigh) Kirkland; mother-in-law, Sharon Kennedy; father-in-law, Kevin (Brandi) Kennedy; uncles, Larry (Sandy) Lowery, Gary Lowery, Jackie Duck and Jason Duck; and many other beloved cousins, relatives, and friends.
Ryan's presence brought joy and laughter to those around him with his dry humor and quick comebacks. His memory will be cherished always by those who knew and loved him.
