I will always remember Jean. She was always Thinking and giving to others , like bringing home cooked meals , giving out special ocassion cards, driving someone to where they needed to go, bringing beautiful flowers to cheer someone up, or giving of her time to set with someone who was sick, or going through grief themselves. I love you Jean. Your neighbor and friend . Susan

I will always remember her smile and upbeat personality. She always had a positive word and no matter what problem you had, she always made you feel that everything was going to be alright. She will be missed.

I remember Thelma Nissen (Sister Jean) as I still called her, was such an energetic woman. I remember her smiling and how she always looked so filled with light. She was filled with light! I remember her as being joyful and so friendly and always kind. She is one of the people in my life that I didn’t see for a long time and still felt such a love for. She and Larry made an impression on me when I was a teenager. They both showed us what real respect and love was in a marriage. These are just a few of the many lovely memories I still have of her. I know your hearts have broken, I am so sad for your tremendous
loss. Sending Hugs Prayers and My Love to the Family.
