Survivors include his parents, Payton Terry and Dylan Johnson; maternal grandparents, Dee Shepherd and Amy Clay; Scott and Katie Terry: paternal grandparents, Shelley and Eddie Wilson; Ricky and Emily Johnson; maternal great grandparents, Donna Waumans; JoAnne Jones; Ricky Terry: paternal great grandparents, William and Carol Hall; Larry and Sally Price; Byron and Carol Johnson: maternal great great grandparents, Ruth Shepherd; Geneva Boone: and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 P.M. Thursday, June 2, 2016 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Michael Hornsby officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens. The gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
