Anissa Ward, age 40, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Tyler, Kelsie, Mikell, Matti, Isabella, Peyton, Gabriella, and Landon; her loving fiance, Aaron Reed; brothers, Josh, Zack, and Zane Chesson; aunts, Patricia Broussard, Denise Burns, Sandra Higginbotham, and Regina Hardy; uncles, Ray Hardy, James Dixon and Mark Dixon; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Glenda Chesson and Roger Chesson, daughter, Nevaeh; and cousin, Devin Conley

The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Friday, February 24, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 2:00 p.m.
