She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Dean (Larry); two grandsons, Austin Dean (Kendall) and Trent Dean; four great grandchildren, Kaiden Dean, Braelynn Dean, Braxton Dean, and Kinsley Dean; sister, Patsy Durham; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Billy Ardoin, Denny Ardoin, and David Ardoin.
She was loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and dancing and also sold shrimp in Moss Bluff, Leesville, and DeRidder and was known as the "Shrimp Lady".
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
