I started working a short time ago for Mr. Joe and Ms. Fran. It was always a great pleasure on the days I had to go to work there. When I was having a bad day I could always call her and she would always fix it. I just lost my mother a short time ago and she tried in everyway to help fill the void in my heart. I will never forget her she will always remain a big part of me. She was a very inspiring woman she was loved very much. "I love you pretty pretty Ms. Fran"

Eric and I are so happy that we were able to spend time with Joe and Fran in January. They are a truly remarkable and inspirational couple. Fran was one of a kind.

Frannie was one of the finest women I've ever known. And yes, it was always 'Joe and Fran'. Quite a team. My condolences to the family - what can you say? She was larger than life and a will leave quite a void in the lives of everyone. She's doing great, now. Happily reunited with loved ones and living a new adventure. I'll always love you, my Frannie.

I only got to speak with Mrs. Fran a few times on the telephone. She seemed so wonderful an uplifting, I know she would make my day when I would get the chance to speak with her. I just wish i could have finally met her for that cup of coffee she wanted to have with me. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all in your time of need... (Evelyn's daughter)

Francine became my friend on Facebook few months ago.  I e-mailed her jokes on a daily basis and commented on her photos posted on Facebook but wondered why she did not reply.  I will cherish her friendship forever. May she rest in peace. Our sincerest condolences to the family.

The loss of someone so dear and so close is very difficult to bear. We share your grief. I have so many funny and warm memories of Fran as we were growing up.  I was blessed to have such wonderful cousins...Fran and Lou, Ray and Bunny.  I always felt that they were more like brothers and sisters to me than cousins.  Fran will always hold a special place in my heart.

As someone shared with me earlier today, it's hard to think of "Joe and Fran" without Fran but even though her body is not here, it will still remain "Joe and Fran."  Those two truly became as one in marriage as the scriptures tell us is part of God's plan.  Fran became an "adopted" sister to me many years ago along with Donna Reeves.  We were sisters in every way except by birth.  The three of us shared special times and secrets with each other that we could tell no one else knowing we would not be judged - knowing we would receive understanding and compassion from each other.  My heart has an empty spot now that she is gone and yet, at the same time, she lives on in my heart.  Only one Francine Rocco Cironi!!!  Words fail as I try to describe my love for my "sister" and what a loss I feel knowing it pales in comparison to the loss experienced by Joe, Billy, Michael, Kristin, DeAndra and the grandchildren.  Know that my heart aches with yours.  Let's try to remember "Frannie moments" which will no doubt bring smiles to our hearts and our faces.  Love and sympathy, "Mare"
