

He was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on January 7, 1943, to his parents Guessner Fults and Thelma Hebert Fults. Guessner was raised in Lake Charles and was a proud graduate of LaGrange High School. Following graduation, he honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.
Guessner was known as a kind and hardworking man who took great pride in his work. He spent many years working in instrumentation for the industrial plants, where his strong work ethic and dedication were well respected by those who worked alongside him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Keith Fults and wife Lisa; his brother, W. D. Fults and wife Patsy; his sister, Ruth Sarvaent; and his grandchildren, Ryan Fults and wife Abby, and Emily Fults.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guessner Sr. and Thelma Fults; his beloved wife, Billie Fults; his son, Kevin Fults; his brother, C. G. Fults; and his sister, Velma Kennedy.
