She graduated cosmetology school and received her Esthetician’s license. Heather was extremely proud to own her own successful skincare business by the age of 18. Everything she did was done with passion, grace, and beauty; these were a constant in her life. She was a gifted artist, who adored painting and singing. Heather cherished her time spent with her grandbaby, Reese, as well as her youngest daughter who was more like her best friend. She was known for her colorful and eccentric personality and stunning beauty. Heather appreciated gaining new knowledge, especially when it came from her son. She was a confident and caring woman who is already deeply missed.
Heather leaves behind her husband, Shannon Babineaux; sons, Zachariah Adam Hebert and Don-Dre Stagg; daughters, Lakyn Elaine Hebert and Susan Noel Babineaux; granddaughter, Reese Michelle Guidry; brother, Shane Manuel; sisters, Dana Bodin and Bridgette Castle; and her adoring mother, Gail Cormier.
She is preceded in death by her father, Nathan A. Cormier.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles beginning at 2:00 p.m. with the Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m.
