Jay loved being with his family and friends and spending time with his dog, Trip.
He loved the outdoors, especially while fishing, hunting and horseback riding. Jay's witty humor and stubborn charm could always be counted on for a laugh.
He worked as a logistics manger for K.B.R.
For Jay's end of life care, the family would like to thank Joy and Brad Harrington, as well as Karla Reese.
The love and devotion to their "brother" was immeasurable. Jay's family also recognises Harbor House Hospice for their wonderful care in his last days.
Those left to cherish Jay's memory are his sister April Girard and her husband, Bill; his son Noah Graham;
his nephews Walker Miller, Jeff Miller and his wife, Lauren.
Cremation was intrusted to J.E. Hixson Funeral Home and Jay's ashes will be laid to rest at a later date.
