I think of Jody often as I have one of her paintings and one of her prints hanging in our home. Indeed she was a talented artist who saw the beauty in our world. I remember her as kind, patient, quick to laugh and full of love. She served up a delicious etouffee as well!!
I believe she is savoring God's love following a life well lived.

Sending love and prayers to you all from your Indiana family - the Egan Clan. So many years of family friendship and memories started by our parents. What a stunningly beautiful picture of your mom. Lots of love, Maureen "Mo" and the Egan Family.

I met Ms. Jody many yours ago when my brother married her daughter, Deni Helms. I always thought that she was beautiful and had a wonderful sense of humor. She shared many stories of her young childhood in New Orleans, La. I was entranced. She could tell a story so well that I could just picture what was happening. There is so much history in her family and it was fascinating to hear.
The world is losing a very special lady. Very talented and so kind. May you rest in peace Ms. Jody. You will be sorely missed.
