A native of New Orleans, LA, he was born on January 17, 1953. He was a resident of Westlake, LA and also lived in Pensacola, FL for many years, where he worked in the Automotive Sales Industry. Johnny was truly a one of a kind, who loved good food (his poor boys), music, his beloved Saints football team, the beach, golf and his family.
He is the son of Norma Lala Kent and the late John Joseph Kent, Jr., brother of Ann Kent Robbins (Danny), uncle of Sandra Robbins Maggard and Kelly Robbins, and great uncle to Sophia Maggard and Kylar Theriot.
He will be missed by many friends and relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Orleans, LA.
