Johnny Gobert, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023. He was born on October 25, 1951 in Lake Charles to Curley Gobert and Beatrice Pete Gobert.

Johnny was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Beatrice Angela Pete and Curley Joseph Gobert and his brothers, Robert and Michael P. Gobert.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Michael, Michelle, Wayne and Eric; sisters, Catherine Gobert Carter, Sylvia Gobert Frank, and Mary Margaret Gobert Fuselier; brother, Gary James Gobert and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Saturday, October 21, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. followed by Johnny's burial at Combre Memorial Park.
