Joseph Elridge Andrepont

He was born on March 1, 1946 in Lake Charles to Clarence and Rita Andrepont. He loved classic cars, yardwork, and watching old westerns. Most of all, he loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include a son, Dwain Andrepont and wife Katrell of Houston; daughter, Kelly Thibodeaux and husband Jarrell of Lake Charles; brother, Marshall Andrepont and wife Theresa of Lake Charles; six grandchildren, Ebony, Kendrick, Jasmine, Norman II, Alacia, Tyler; along with two great grandchildren, Cecil and Tiana.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Shirley Ann Andrepont; two sons, Norman Andrepont, Joseph Babineaux; his parents; brother, Clarence “June” Andrepont, Jr.; and sister, Betty Andrepont.

Services will be held at 1:00pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on Saturday, February 4, 2017 in Lake Charles with Rev. Wayne LeBleu officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00am until 12:15pm with a Rosary at 11:00am at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles until the procession to the church.
