Joyce A. Domingue

Mrs. Domingue was born in Eunice and lived in Lake Charles all her life. She worked and retired from Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles. She previously worked for Cormier's Grocery Store. She attended LaGrange High School. She always had a pleasant word and smile for those she met. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who especially loved being with her family.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Domingue Sr. of Lake Charles; sons, William "Bill" Domingue Jr. and wife, Gina of Sulphur, Dean Domingue and wife Dorothy of Lake Charles; daughter, Beth Breaux and husband, Elvin of Houston; brother, Noland Fruge of Sulphur; sisters, Inda Rae Bertrand of Bell City, LA and Jackie Arabie of Ft. Meyers FL; six grandchildren Christopher Miller, Bryan Domingue, Adam Domingue Hunter Domingue Cade Domingue, and Grace Ann Breaux.

Her memorial service will be 2pm, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Ronnie Estess and Elvin Breaux will officiate. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 1pm until service time. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
