Keith Allen Thibodeaux, 65, of Lake Charles, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2020 at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. He was born to his late parents, George and Agnes Thibodeaux on August 17, 1955 in Jennings, LA. Some of his hobbies included: hunting, working on his lease, and fishing. He was laid back by nature but was also a hardworker; his co-workers loved working with him (took care of his employees and cooked for them). He had lots of friends and loved his family very much.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Love Joy LeBlanc Thibodeaux; two sons, Brian Keith Thibodeaux of Lake Charles, Chad Allen Thibodeaux (Nancy) of Natchitoches, LA; one daughter, Jamie Lynn Driehuis (Hermanus) of Lake Charles; two brothers, Terry Thibodeaux (Margaret) of Lake Arthur, Thomas Thibodeaux (Dinah) of Pasadena, TX; one sister, Patricia Gayle Crosby of Lake Arthur; grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany, Brianna, Tianna, Terrell, Myranda, Annika, Nevan; great grandchildren, Landon and Lane; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, John Alfred Thibodeaux, Kenneth Wayne Thibodeaux; and two sisters, Shirley Reeves and Thelma Amerson.
Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at 2:00pm, with Pastor Jeremy Shields officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, beginning at 12:00pm until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery.
