She was born on August 24, 1985 in Lake Charles. She graduated from South Cameron High School and was a faithful member of the Vineyard Church in Grand Lake. She enjoyed her morning coffee/cappucino and loved doing crafts with her children. Lacy loved to sing with her music. She was a very generous person and would give the shirt off of her back for anyone in need. She always put others before herself. Her passion was a clothing ministry for children in need in Mexico, and her dream was fulfilled by her church. Lacy never met a stranger and loved to talk to anyone who would listen.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Boutte, Jr; her mother, Joelle Martel of Lake Charles; her father, Paul Martel, Sr (Terri) of Sulphur; children, Howard Boutte, III and Claire Dugas; brother, Paul Martel, Jr; sister, Rose Martel; and niece, Sadie Mouton, all of Lake Charles.
Lacy is preceded in death by her grandparents, Roland and Lydia Primeaux. Also, Thomas W. "Bob" and Lois Martel.
A Private Celebration of Lacy's life will be held at a later date.
