Lou Anna "Pelet" Miller Guidry

She was born and raised in Grand Chenier then moved to Hayes in 1984. She loved to help her parents trap, sold Avon for many years and worked at Hacketts in Lake Charles. She was a member of Immaculate Conception and St. John Vianney Church in Bell City. She loved to work outside and get together with family.

Left behind to cherish her memories are her nephew, Ronnie Theriot and his wife Shirley of Hayes; brothers, Frank Miller, Jr. and wife Ann of Hayes; Joe Miller and wife Becky of Lake Charles; Butch Miller of Hayes and John Miller of Lake Charles; many nieces and nephews as well as great and great- great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Willard R. Guidry, parents, Frank Miller, Sr. and Ina Azena Swire Miller, children, Keith Gerrard Guidry, Frank Anthony Guidry and Roxanne Louise Guidry.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 10am until 9pm with a rosary at 6pm and resume Thursday at 10am until time of precession at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 1pm at St. Eugene Catholic Church in Grand Chenier. Burial will follow at St. Eugene Cemetery.
