Lucille Sepulvado Hebert, 95, passed into the arms of her Savior on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Zwolle, Louisiana on June 2, 1930. Lucille was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a parishioner of St. Margaret Catholic Church for most of her life. Lucille loved to say the rosary and said it daily. She was a member of the Choctaw-Apache Tribe of Sabine Parish.
Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lee Hebert; her sons, David Lee Hebert and Doug Hebert (Millie, deceased).
She is survived by her daughters, Nellie Turnbough (Donald), Arlene K. Hebert, and Darlene Broussard (Brady); and her three grandchildren, Jim Turnbough (Lisa), Julie Mashek, and Lauren Broussard, as well as seven great-grandchildren, Keegan, Caden (Tatina), Kaleb, Carter, Madison (Brennan), Max, and Mallory.
The family would like to thank the caregivers, Rosa Woods, Beverly Granger and Tracy Ozane.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Margaret Catholic Church on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with the Very Reverend Nathan Long. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Thursday May 7, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. until the procession to the church. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Lake Charles.
