She was a resident of Lake Charles for many years.
Survivors include her daughters, Rachel Lynn Vincent of DeQuincy, Ramona Fontenot of Lake Charles; son, Raymond Fontenot of Kinder; sister, Carolyn Bushnell of Lake Charles; two brothers, Rodney Bushnell of Oberlin and Roland Bushnell of Kinder 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aladay Bushnell and Lazin Manuel.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Liberty Cemetery in Kinder. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles from 10 a.m. til 12 Noon on Wednesday. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
