

Mary was a resident of Lake Charles where she worked as an aid for the Episcopal Day School. She had a talent for educating and a passion for cooking, entertaining and she absolutely loved the water. Mary was loved by all that knew her and never let a soul feel like a stranger. Family always came first with Mary and she was known as "Nana" to many. Those that knew her will always remember her as liking to have a good time and would never let one pass her by.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Kenneth James Quibodeaux, II and wife Victoria Brooke Henson, Katie Bonnette and husband Cody Bonnette and Carrie Quibodeaux Ange and husband Mark Ange; grandchildren, Kenneth Quibodeaux, III, LeAnna D'nae Quibodeaux, Charles William Scott Quibodeaux, Skylar Pelt, Lila Grace Quibodeaux and Gabriel James Ange; step children, Ben Howard and his family and Amber Vincent and her family; Blake Howard and family; her sister's Dean Liprie and Donna Jones; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her life long best friend Florence Albizuri.
She is preceded in death by her children's father, Kenneth Quibodeaux, Sr.; second husband, Todd Howard; parents, Earl and Maryland Stubbs; sisters, Deatra Soileau and Frances Fisk.
The family will welcome relatives and friends at Church of the Promise (350 US-165 Iowa, LA. 70647) beginning at 9:00 a.m Thursday August 29, 2024 until the time of services. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Pastor Dwayne Daigle will officiate at the services.
