Myrle is survived by his three sons, Myrle Lynn Gothreaux of Lake Charles, Gailaud Scott Gothreaux of Sulphur, and Timothy Bruce Gothreaux of Lake Charles; three daughters, Kitty Louise Jones of Lake Charles, Cynthia Sue Sisneros of San Antonio, and Pamela Gayle Sellers of Lake Charles; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Gothreaux; and his parents Alexandra Gothreaux and Deniza Miller.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Rev. Andrew martin will officiate. Burial will in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2011 and 8 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles.
