Norma Lee McFatter

Norma was a native of Pitkin, LA and lifelong resident of Lake Charles, LA. She was a graduate of Marion High School and a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Lake Charles, LA. She retired as a bookkeeper from the City of Lake Charles Water Division. She loved her family, listening to her father's music, and drinking her morning coffee.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter: Melva Nash Wilkerson of Lake Charles, LA; her brother: Kermit Thompson of Moss Bluff, LA.; her sister: Dianne Landon of Lake Charles, LA.; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She is preceded in death by her husband: William E. McFatter and her parents, two sisters: Bertie Frazier and Rometta Clem; and two brothers: Virgil Thompson and W.E. Thompson.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Blue Branch Cemetery in Pitkin, LA. Reverend Jared Grissom will preside. Services are entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home.
