He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Faye Guillory Leger; his twin sister, Phyllis Wiley; his younger brother, Michael Leger; his step children, Marielle Land Howard and Christopher Land; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Land, Jordan Land and Hunter Howard.
Phillip is preceded in death by his beloved parents Arthur and Ruth Leger.
Phillip shared his joie de vivre and passion for trains with the Lake Area Model Railroaders. This brotherhood of train enthusiasts was as much his family as his relatives."
