Rena A. Begnaud

She was a member of St. Margaret's Parish.

Rena is survived by three sons, Jerry Paul Sonnier and his wife Mary of Lake Charles, Patrick L. Sonnier and his wife Claire of Aurora, CO, Mark E. Sonnier and his wife Debbie of Springhill, FL; one daughter, Darlene Bourgeois and her husband Bill of Sulphur; step children, Harry Dale Begnaud, Harold Dean Begnaud, Keith Begnaud, Mark Lynn Begnaud, Bobbie Sue Fruge all of Eunice; brother Louis Artamon Arceneaux of Jennings; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Begnaud.

Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles from 5-8 pm Sunday, April 24, 2011. A rosary and scripture service will be said by Deacon Patrick LaPoint at 7pm Sunday evening. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 10 am at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church with Father Bill Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Broussard Cemetery.
