Mr. Bellard was preceded in death by; father, Mr. Louis Bellard of Iota. LA Mother, Lydia Cormier of Jennings.Brother, Kenneth Bellard of Houston.
He is survived by brothers; David Bellard of Grand Lake, LA, Eugene Bellard of Vinton, LA, Jimmy Hank's of Vinton, LA. Michael Bellard of Gillis, LA; Sister Linda Mattison, of Grand Lake, LA.
He also has numerous nieces and nephews.
He loved Fishing and Gardening. As well as his family.
He was an Army Veteran who was awarded metals for sharpshooter and National Defense Service Medal
He will be sorely and deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
