Sarah "Sally" Fey Johnson

Lake Charles – Sarah (Sally) Fey Johnson, 66, born June 14, 1947, passed from this life on Oct 11, 2013 in a local care center. She was a native of Ruston, LA and resided in Lake Charles, La. Sally graduated from LaGrange High School and worked as a respiratory therapist at Lake Charles Memorial and Christus St. Patrick.

Sally is survived by her husband, Terry Johnson of Lake Charles , LA; brothers, Dr. William Fey, D.C., of DeQuincy, and Stephen Fey of Iowa; sisters, Vicki Carroll of Westlake, Mary Dugas of DeRidder and Becky Guidry of Lake Charles; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents Dr. and Mrs. William (Ruth L.) Fey Sr., M. D., of Lake Charles, and sister, Delphine Norris of Gonzales.

Her funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Monday, October 14, at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will be from 5 to 8pm Sunday, October 13, and will resume 10am until time of service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens, Lake Charles.
