One day Mr. Terry and I were out talking on his lawn. He started to tell me all about he and Ms. Velma getting married and about how he had worked the same job all of his life.
I inquired as to where he worked because that is normally what ya do right??
I said "Where did you retire from?"
And he said, "You know where Market Basket is?????" I said "oh sure" (expecting that Market Basket was going to be the starting point of some direction sharing lol). He grinned SO BIG and said...."There".
He knew he caught me by surprise because I was hanging on every word waiting for directions LOL. It took me a second to catch on that he was being sassy and funny, but i did and we both enjoyed a good laugh.
In the short time I knew him, we talked in the front yard many times and he was always so kind and a great conversationalist. And what a GREAT sense of humor! You will be missed Mr. Terry!

As a sales manager with Altria, I came to know Terry and what a great guy he was when he worked as a manager at Market Basket. Once business was handled we sometimes chewed the fat and solved some of the worlds problems, lol. Of all the managers I’ve known through my 32 years, Terry was one of the very best and a favorite of mine. God rest his soul! Prayers for the family.

I worked for Mr. Soileau at Market Basket in Moss Bluff several years back. He was an awesome person. Always had a smile on his face and ready to crack a joke with you. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

My memory of Terry. He was my assistant Manager at Market Basket in Iowa and Moss Bluff La. He would have fun with me at work. Always smiling and every now and then telling jokes in the break room like I think break time is over LoL. I loved Terry and he was one of my best friend's Linda brother. Prayers for the Family
