She was a member of Immaculate Conception Cathedral and the Cajun French Music Association.
She is survived by daughters, Cheryl Renee Bourque, Melanie A. Bourque; son, Mark T. Bourque; Brothers, John D. Manuel, Harold Manuel, Gary Manuel; sisters, Loretta Myers, Rochella Finley, Alberta Guillory; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mabrey Bourque and sister, Loulamae Chesson.
Her funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Mgsr. Jace Eskind will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery.
