Connie L Hollister

She was born April 8, 1942 in Edmore, Michigan to Harold and Mildred (Keeler) Woodrow.  She attended Dopp School and graduated from Edmore High in 1960.

She married Clare Hollister on December 12, 1992. 

She was a homemaker before working at Jorgensen’s in Stanton for 21 years.  After selling the dairy farm in Sidney they moved to Lake Odessa in 1995, where she worked at Union Bank in the bookkeeping department.  She also helped out at the voting elections.

She enjoyed sewing, crafts, new recipes, fishing, camping, mowing the lawn and going to her country music jams.  But most of all she enjoyed spoiling her granddaughter Olivia.

She was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Clare.

She is survived by a son Charles D. Olson, daughters Cynthia D. Olson and Carla D. (Thomas) Luscher, granddaughter Olivia N. (Shawn) Broughton, brothers Ivan Woodrow and Wayne (Nina) Woodrow along with 2 great grandsons and 3 nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 10am until time of service at 11am at Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa, MI.  Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa, MI.  Memorials are suggested to Heartland Hospice.
