Dale A. Dennie

Dale A. Dennie, age 49, of Freeport, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at his residence. He was born May 23, 1961 in Ionia the son of Harold and Joyce (Newman) Dennie. He graduated from Lakewood High School and was employed by Gill Industries in Grand Rapids for several years. Dale loved fishing, hunting and was an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by sister, Deborah Needham; brother, David Dennie and nephew Dylan Dennie. Dale is survived by his wife, Jennifer Dennie; children, Brad Dennie, Brandy Dennie Logan, Derek Dennie and Dustin Dennie; grandchildren, Chaz Logan, Layla Logan, Waylan Logan and Kyra Dennie; mother, Joyce Dennie; father and step-mother, Harold and Ada Dennie; brothers, Douglas Needham, Don Dennie and Dean Dennie; parents-in-law, Dave and Dee Scully; mother of his children, Brenda Dennie; and many other family members and friends. Visitation with the family will be held from 6-8pm on Sunday, April 10, 2011 and 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Koops Funeral Chapel – Lake Odessa. No funeral services will be held.
