Dawn Ingall

Dawn was a lifelong resident of Sebewa Township, where she lived on the family farm. She graduated from Lakewood High School in 1972 and from Hope College in 1976, where she majored in music.

Dawn was a caregiver at heart and deeply loved her family and friends. She cherished the family farm and found joy in gardening and canning what she grew. She delighted in the quiet change of the seasons, watching the landscape around her transform. Throughout her life, she lovingly cared for her cats, giving them all the love she received—and more. Her family will miss her pure-hearted kindness, wry dry sense of humor, and her laughter and smile.

Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Mildred (Williams) Ingall; her brother, Dan Ingall; and her niece, Lisa Ingall. She is survived by her brother David Ingall and his longtime partner Carol Brooks; nephews Kirk (Vicki) Ingall and Andrew (Beth) Ingall; nieces Pam Ingall Hazel and Polly Ingall Siecinski; ten great-nieces and nephews; and six great-great-nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM at Koops Funeral Chapel, Lake Odessa, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Manna’s Market.
